If we  have Windows 10 in our PCs, We could not miss the free upgrade offer given by Microsoft. 24H2 version of Windows 11 is known as the Windows 11 2024 update which is now broadly available. Starting this week, the company is expanding this latest Windows versions phase rollout. They are gradually offring this update to eligible devices running Windows 10 version 22H2.

This is mandatory update because Microsoft is offically ending support for windows 10 on October 14, 2025 and Win 10 PCs will stop receiving security updates and Office 365 apps will stop working.  Therefore, Microsoft wants Windows 10 users to move to Windows 11 and the company is doing everything they can to make easy the transition process as possible.

To upgrade into Windows 11, some minimum hardwares ,like a TPM 2.0 chip are required in our PCs. To check our PCs or Laptops are eligible or not, go to the settings and click on Windows Update. Version 24H2 Windows will be shown there if our PC meets the the technical requirements. Do not worry, if it is not shown at there, because phasewise update of Windows 11-24H2 has been pussed by the company, few days or weeks later it will be shown there.
